My knowledge of food started with my mother. She was one of the greatest cooks anywhere. She had to cook for a family of 14!  I later attended Northwood University and learned under the direction of Dr. Stafford in the Hotel and Restaurant management field.  I then landed a job with Kraft (which later turned into US Foods) in the Food Service Division in Sales and worked for 39 years and learned and got the knowledge of all the intricate parts of cooking, preparing the food and selling the food … and then my imagination takes over when I plate the items that I cook!
